Article 1 - Products

We sell women's clothing.

Article 2 - Payments

The (total) price of the products is stated in our webshop. You pay via our online payment service; Mollie offers this payment service. The shipping costs are at your expense.

Article 3 - Deliveries

We deliver your product to the address you specified when ordering. You cannot change the address once we have already shipped the package. xxx takes care of the distribution. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from us with which you can track the order. We do our best to deliver the order within xxx days. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after order confirmation. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, you may request (a) an immediate refund of the amount you paid for the product, or (b) dispatch of a replacement product (of equal value).

Article 4 - Returns

You can always return the product within 14 days of receipt. You can do this with the return form or by sending an email to . After you have received confirmation from us, you must return the product within 14 days. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The costs for returning are at your expense. During the period that you are considering keeping the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and use the product only to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to retain the product. Tights, underwear, socks, earrings, if worn, cannot be returned.

Article 5 - Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage is caused by intent, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness on our part. In any case, your right to compensation will not exceed the amount of the product ordered and paid for.

Article 6 - Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) in our texts, photographs, images and other materials are our property (or are under our control with the consent of the owner). Your use must not violate this.

Article 7 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the performance of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as quickly as possible (and described as completely as possible) to . We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible, no later than five days after we receive your complaint. If it takes longer to handle the complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within 48 hours and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we cannot resolve the complaint mutually, a dispute will arise that falls under the dispute settlement procedure.

Article 8 - Dispute Resolution

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
